Avasarala Siddhartha, a B.Tech ECE student from Pragati Engineering College, Surampalem, Andhra Pradesh who has always believed in action rather than words. He has completed 2 weeks internship at BSNL, Office of the General Manager, E.G.T.D., Rajamahendravaram achieved his goals and established himself as a doer.

What were your responsibilities as an intern?
To analyse the communication process. Analysing the way of work done and the role of satellites play in the process of communication. Each and every small way of communication involves a lot of work which is not visible and have to be done in a fraction of seconds.
How much time did you contribute on a daily basis?

Share your proudest achievements and how were you able to realise them.
I was able to understand how communication between two persons take place using telephone or mobile or through emails. Communicating through mobiles is not an easy task what we think a lot of process includes in it. Satellites, wires, etc lot of work needed to communicate with others.
What are the top learnings, skills and values that you acquired here?
A lot of work should be completed in no time to speak with each other on the phone. Every minute sound in communication is important each sound has a unique code to understand. We have to understand and analyse the sounds to get the information appropriately. The communication in this world holds a lot of work. Analysing the whole work is not an easy task to be done in a short time it requires a lot of knowledge and study to acquire it completed.

Yes, it will definitely help in my future to study and learn about communication. This experience will help in my higher studies or even in my workplace as communication is the main core subject in my bachelor’s degree which I’m pursuing.
What is your advice to those, who are aspiring the same or a similar internship?
Students should participate in such internships to gain practical knowledge about the things in real life. They should concentrate on the subject which they will be teaching there.
How can we (Friends, Family, YI Fraternity) encourage young students such as yourself to involve themselves in different opportunities?
Showing the practical skills which will be taught during this period to others which will attract them towards you make them involved in different situations.
